The representative rooms of the Castle Hotel are ideal for arranging weddings or important family celebrations and meetings. If you are planning your wedding day or family celebration, we will be very pleased to hear from you.
Arcadia
A unique central room with a modern glass roof joins elements of the original architecture. Arcadia presents a concept promoting both the quality of hotel services and the hotel’s architecture. It is also the central entertainment area for balls, conferences and cultural events held throughout the year, with a capacity 248 seats in desktop seating and up to 400 seats in theater style seating. The great hall can be darkened with a 7 x 3 meter screen available for presentations.
Good Shepherd Chapel
The nave chapel is located on the ground floor of the castle wing, adjacent to the northwest tower. The chapel’s interior is decorated in rococo style and restored with added period details according to historical analogies. The chapel’s external wall are divided by marble pilasters with gilded capitals, while their surfaces are decorated with thematic images in decorated stucco mirrors. The intriguing colour of the area is created by the light of sunrays coming in through a high stained glass window.
The Chapel of the Good Shepherd is an ideal place for a church wedding ceremony and other sacraments, but also a good place for quiet contemplation or morning or evening prayer.
Rosalia Restaurant
The Rosalia castle restaurant seats 100 guests and is situated in the central part of the castle’s right wing in one of the oldest parts of the castle, dating from the 13th century. The attractiveness of its massive walls and deep window embrasures highlights the remarkable arches with rich stucco decorations. The castle restaurant has a separate lounge which includes a large round table for ten guests.
Kingdom of Galicia Chamber
The lounge is furnished with Rococo style furniture. It has elements inside of 18th century architecture as the entertainment area of the castle is similar to the later erected Count’s Hall. The room is appropriate for private meetings and discussions, with a capacity of up to 48 people in a theater arrangement. Furnishings include a ceramic stove.
